Continuous real-time monitoring of the titan fixed benzene specific gas monitor allows trends to be observed over time and is communicated through 4-20mA or RS485 via the monitor. Data is kept on-site but can be accessed from a distance for analysis. The modular design of the stationary benzene gas monitor enables the Ex d case to be fitted well in advance of commissioning because it is easy to install and service. Plug and play cartridges can be used to replace the internal service module.
