CEO & FounderJames McDonough brings over 20 years of leadership across oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, and technology. Educated at MIT and the Wharton School, and a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, he built ISS on a foundation of rigorous process and technical accountability.
He started ISS because the hazardous-area equipment market was — and largely still is — fragmented, hard to navigate, and underserved by suppliers who don't actually know the environment their customers work in. The company exists to fix that.
