    What Will I Actually Be Doing?

    1. Provide WOW Customer service with our current customers via the phone, live chat and email about our safety products and equipment.
    2. Work closely with our sales and partner team to collaborate and grow by offering the latest products.
    3. Help keep our e-commerce store and marketing material updated to educate our customers on our latest products from our manufacturers. Everything you do is to help keep our customers safe and their operations running smoothly
    4. Continuously improve yourself with training, and help improve our service process and tools to make your job easier, more fun and serve our clients better 

    It is challenging, but fun work that’s going to require a lot of time and task management, problem-solving, and a reasonable amount of people skills.

    Do I Need Experience?

    What Will I Actually Be Doing?

    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including QuickBooks Online maintenance and general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, various reconciliations, and sales tax calculations.
    2. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Work with management on special projects to improve financial reporting.
    3. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, supplier invoice audits and other financial accounts.
    4. Monitor financial performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing timely and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    5. Collaborate with management to develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
    6. Implement and maintain a robust system of internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and safeguard company assets.

    1. Parachute into any problem area, dig in, and fix it. Build and drive processes that help the company scale, including running quarterly business reviews, KPIs and Quarterly Goals, etc.
    2. Be able to be given or come up with a new “idea guide,” flush out the scope and project plan, RIT rank if passed, LEVER Modeling, then learn more about that idea, develop the initial SOP using best practice books, AI or the most efficient low-cost way of testing it, execute the Minimal Viable Product, testing, measuring and KPI refinement, SOP refinement and if successful, scaling to ongoing rhythm operations including staffing, training, managing etc. 
    3. Assist with Strategic projects alongside the CEO, e.g., metrics, analysis, acquisitions, finance, etc. e.g. Take items off of CEO and make him a superhero by taking things off his plate and doing things he can’t do or do things better than he can.
    4. Chair meetings and be a substitute for CEO as his stunt double and do whatever needs to be done with a #drivers only mindset and acting like an owner. Effectively run any meeting and train managers on how to do so. “As CEO, I’m the one on stage. I’m doing the tap dancing. If my chief of staff is doing her/his job, I get an encore.”
    5. Manage items in ASANA and keep the company and people accountable to hit our quarterly, annual and Vivid Vision goals
    6. Re-train a team of replacements (replicating you) to continue to scale out our ability to improve the business systematically within a Office Of The CEO team.

    Do I Need Experience?

    1. 5 years of work experience from a generalist, problem solving background from possibly one of the following (we are open to many different backgrounds): Management Consultant, Chief Of Staff, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Growth Hacker, Continuous Improvement, Project Manager, Web Developer, Engineer, Data Analyst, Accountant, Entrepreneur, Ex-Founder, etc.
