How Fast Will It Arrive?
Here's the honest answer: it depends on your specific order, and we'd rather tell you that than quote a number we can't stand behind.
We ship certified equipment directly to your site — often routed from the point closest to you, to get it there faster. Transit time varies with the product, its availability, and the shipping method on your order. Some orders move quickly; specialized or international equipment can take longer.
If your timeline is critical, tell us before you order. We'll give you a realistic delivery window for your exact product instead of a generic promise — and if there's a faster path, we'll find it.

When your item ships, we send a shipping confirmation with carrier-specific tracking — typically within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse. Place an order Monday night and it ships Tuesday morning, and you'll usually have tracking by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders ship via UPS, though we also use FedEx, USPS, and OnTrac depending on the item and destination.
Why Some Orders Arrive in More Than One Box.
Not every item sits in stock in every location at all times. When that happens, we do whatever gets everything to you fastest — sometimes that means splitting your order and shipping items as they're ready, sometimes consolidating to one location and sending it together.
One note worth knowing: selecting an expedited shipping method speeds up transit, but it doesn't shorten the lead time before an order ships. If timing is tight, the earlier in the day you order, the sooner it tends to move.
What Shipping Costs.
We offer free shipping to your location wherever we can. When we can't, you'll see the shipping cost clearly in your cart before you place the order — no surprise charges after the fact.
For most domestic orders there's no separate service fee from us. Certain situations may carry additional costs (for example, specialized handling or international requirements); when that applies, we confirm any charge with you before we bill your account or ship the product.
Shipping Outside the US.
We do our best to ship worldwide. A few things to know before you order internationally:
- Pricing is in US dollars.For conversions, use a currency converter of your choice.
- Duties, taxes, and brokerage feesdue at delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer. We can't mark shipments as a "gift" or alter declared values on packing slips.
- Processing time:international orders may need 3–5 business days or more of additional processing before shipment, since we sometimes consolidate items to one location first.
- Carrier:when "Fast International Shipping" is selected, we ship via a carrier of our choice (USPS, DHL, or UPS), with typical transit of 3–5 business days once shipped.
- Brand restrictions:some manufacturers restrict shipping to certain destinations. If you're visiting the US, we can ship to your hotel or a UPS store for pickup.

Oversize items
Oversize equipment is available, and we work around your site's needs. Contact us to arrange what you need, how you need it, and when.
Delivery & signature
Packages are typically left at your door without a signature. Some vendor-direct shipments may require one. If you need a signature required — or specifically not required — contact us before placing your order.
Backorders
We don't typically take backorders. When an item is available for backorder or pre-order, it's clearly identified on the product page.
