Explosion Proof Fan Canarm SD012-XPF features a rugged steel welded box housing that has a durable powder-coated finish. It is certified for Class 1 Division 1 Group C, D hazardous area use, which makes it a suitable explosion-proof fan inside atmospheres containing ethyl ether, ethylene, gases, or vapors of equivalent hazard. Easy to install and requires less maintenance. Weighs 42 lbs., single speed, and 12-inch fan size.

NOTE: RPM Min (minimum) is determined when louvres are opened one inch
NOTE: Wind has a significant effect on exhaust fans. A 10 mph wind creates a 0.05” pressure gainst the fan. A 20 mph wind creates 0.20” pressure, and 30 mph creates 0.45” pressure. These pressures are in addition to the static pressure in the building. Wind blocks or hoods should be included in all designs where fans will be subjected to winds above 10 mph. For outdoor areas, ensure your explosion proof fan is shielded from excessive wind.
