The IS-DHK Series is a rugged intrinsically safe high-level drum alarm designed to prevent chemical and fuel overfills in hazardous industrial locations. Unlike feed-tube alarms, the IS-DHK mounts directly onto the drum’s 3/4-inch threaded collar and requires no internal liquid pipe, making it ideal for rapid drum changeouts and applications where product purity or transfer speed is critical.
Powered by an intrinsically safe replaceable battery, the IS-DHK provides audible and visual notification at the point of use, allowing operators to halt liquid transfer before overflow occurs. Available in Polypropylene (PP) and 316 Stainless Steel (SS), this alarm supports a wide range of industrial chemicals and hydrocarbons in hazardous areas.

Does the IS-DHK require a feed tube inside the drum?
No. The IS-DHK Series is specifically designed as a no-feed-tube high-level alarm. It mounts on the threaded drum collar and detects high level without an internal pipe. If your application requires a feed pipe, consider the IS-DHP Series.
