C1D1 SD24-XPF Explosion-Proof Fan 24 inches

The Canarm SD24-XPF Explosion-Proof Exhaust Fan is constructed of sturdy steel welded box housing that is powder-coated for durability. The fan is authorized for use in Class 1 Division 1 Group C and Group D hazardous areas, making it an ideal explosion-proof fan for use in environments containing ethyl ether, ethylene, gases, or vapors of comparable risks. Simple to install and requires little maintenance. Weighs 72 lbs., has a single-speed motor, and is a 24" fan size.

NOTE: RPM Min (minimum) is determined when the louvers are opened one inch

NOTE: Wind has a significant effect on exhaust fans. A 10 mph wind creates a 0.05” pressure against the fan. A 20 mph wind creates 0.20” pressure, and a 30 mph a 0.45” pressure. These pressures are in addition to the static pressure in the building. All designs, including fans that will be exposed to winds greater than 10 mph, should have wind barriers or hoods.
