RAMFAN Venturi Cones are intrinsically safe for usage in hazardous or explosive environments. Saturated stream or pneumatic (compressed air) power. It is impervious to the elements as well as to chemical agents. Lightweight and easy to transport, it requires minimal upkeep. Crushproof conductive polymer diffuser for anti-static properties. Appropriate for API 7cm and API 15cm ports. Have passed the AMCA Standard B-210 testing and are restricted to 100 PSI operating pressure.

When coupled with a static grounding line, RAMFAN Venturi Cones can be used in hazardous or explosive environments, especially when an Explosion Proof Fan is required for safety. Saturated stream or pneumatic (compressed air) power. Maintenance is kept to a minimum.
It is possible to dent and crush cones. Cylindrical chambers, suitable with API 7cm and 15cm apertures, provide higher induction ratios.
On the Venturi principle, small volumes of high-velocity air (compressed from an external source), pushing through the cone, generate huge quantities of low-velocity entrained air (pulling action) that flow out of the cone and into a dispersion device. This is why choosing an Explosion Proof Fan can be essential in industrial settings.
Compressors and steam sources can be connected directly to the inlet fitting by simply sending a line to the inlet fitting. In environments with flammable vapors, an Explosion Proof Fan helps maintain compliance with industry standards.
