Introducing the Explosion Proof Strobes Lights Tomar 7024BEP-Flange Mount - The Super Explosion Proof double flash strobe lights are purpose-built for hazardous areas classified by the NEC, including Class I, div 1 & 2 Group C & D, Class II, div. 1 & 2 Group E, F, & G, and Class III, div. 1 & 2. Complying with NEMA standards 3, 4, 4X, 7CD, and 9EFG, these versatile lights are marine-rated for saltwater environments. With lens color options like Amber, Blue, Clear, Green, Purple, and Red, they offer flexibility for specific visibility needs.

Crafted with a die-cast high-strength copper-free aluminum alloy housing and a baked powder epoxy finish, these strobe lights ensure durability in demanding conditions. Stainless steel hardware and an O-ring sealed prestressed glass globe with double pitch acme threads facilitate smooth assembly and maintenance.

Featuring a flash synchronizing circuit for coordinated illumination, these strobe lights also offer an optional guard, eliminating the need for removal during re-lamping and simplifying maintenance. SYNCHRONIZING SPECIFICATIONS

SYNCHRONIZING CIRCUIT CONNECTION:

The connection involves a low-voltage, low-power customer setup, necessitating the installation of a single 22-gauge twisted pair run between each light. The system accommodates synchronization for up to 100 lights of different voltages, with a maximum span of 3000 feet between the furthest lights.

SYNCHRONIZING CIRCUIT FEATURES:

Within each light, there is an independent flash rate timing circuit that autonomously operates the lamp. Moreover, a bi-directional synchronizing circuit takes precedence over the internal timing circuit when connected to another light. In the event of synchronization among two or more lamps, the failure of any individual lamp does not impede the operation of other lamps.

Lights in this system offer operational flexibility, allowing them to be powered by different sources. For instance, a 120 VAC unit can seamlessly synchronize with a 12 VDC unit, showcasing the adaptability and versatility of the synchronizing circuit.
