Safe Heating and Cooling Equipment The Kooltronic HL60LV may be used in Class I Division I and Class I Division II hazardous situations. With NEMA 4/4x certification. The Kooltronic Hazardous Location Series Air Conditioners are built to withstand the rigors of hazardous locations because of their industrial-grade construction and UL Listing.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued a patent to HL60LV (U.S. Patent No. 9,157,670 B2). A significant step forward in terms of both safety and dependability has been achieved by enclosing all electrical components in a pressurized chamber. To cut down on expenses, this design takes advantage of the electrical enclosure’s existing purge system and makes general-purpose components available.

There is a single-phase and three-phase version of the HL60LV. Compressor short-cycle protection and a high/low-temperature alert are among the many features that come as standard. Compared to typical hazardous sites, these units are more affordable and easier to maintain. These corrosive- and hazardous-gas-resistant stainless steel components are ideal for a variety of industrial applications.
