Introducing Intrinsically Safe Headlamp NightStick XPP-5454G
A certified Zone 0 and Class I Division 1 dual-light™ flashlight headlight. It is also cETLus, ATEX, IECEx, INMETRO, and MSHA listed Intrinsically Safe Permissible which features both a high and low-brightness spotlight and floodlight.
Its LED technology rated at 160 lumens for the flashlight working together with high/low-brightness spotlight rated at 94 meters. In addition to this, it can also focus on the spotlight beam for distance illumination and the wide unfocused floodlight beam for close-up illumination.
Moreover, it is packed with other features such as a multi-position tilt head design and includes an elastic head strap with a non-slip lining and a heavy-duty rubber head strap for use on a hard hat. At first it was difficult to get this headlamp into the hard hat because the rubber grips into the hard hat so tight, but this is exactly what you need to keep it from falling out. I got used to taking it in and out my hard hat and it never been a hassle ever since. The lights are bright and the dim function is enough for appropriate application. It also has other functions that I have started to find uses for. I’m happy with my purchase. Great for Class 1 Division 1 use.
