Panel Mount Industrial Keyboard w/ integrated FSR Pointing Device Intrinsically Safe A device like STAINLESS HOUSING is approved for use in hazardous areas as a Class 1, 2, and 3 device under Division 1, Groups C, D, E, F, and G. This device complies with NEMA 4X requirements. Additional features include an integrated force-sensing resistor (FSR) pointing device, 10-key numeric keypad, PS/2 configurations, optical isolated barriers, and bulkhead cable.

Force sensing resistors (FSR) are built inside a stainless steel enclosure with optically separated barriers and bulkhead cables that provide total protection for the PM-5K-FSR.IS keyboard. A Factory Mutual Approval has been granted to it for use in Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3, Division 1, Groups C, D, E, F, and G, respectively.
The PM-5K-FSR-IS is designed for use in hazardous locations. The keyboard must be used in
combination with either the Daisy Data P070-000294-01 EX210 Isolation Barrier or the iKey PS2-IS-BARRIER.
