Intrinsically Safe Headlamp NightStick XPP-5460GX is certified Zone 0 and Class I Division 1 dual-light™ flashlight. It has both sharply focused flashlight beam for distance illumination as well as an unfocused wide-beam floodlight for close-up illumination and a dual body switch for a momentary or constant-on functionality for the flashlight and floodlight. It also has integrated magnets at the base, engineered polymer housing and non-slip grip to help you become productive without excuse.

A certified Zone 0 and Class I Division 1 dual-light™ flashlight. It is also cETLus, ATEX, IECEx, INMETRO, and MSHA listed Intrinsically Safe Permissible with a high-powered 200 dual-light lumens.
Its LED technology is rated at 180 lumens for the flashlight and 180 lumens for the floodlight, working together with a high-efficiency deep parabolic reflector creates a bright usable flashlight beam rated at 106 meters. It also has a sharply focused flashlight beam for distance illumination and an unfocused wide-beam floodlight for close-up lighting.
Built-in with powerful magnets at the base and pocket clip, it can be used hands-free for convenience. It also has a dual body switch that provides momentary or constant-on functionality for the flashlight and on/off functionality for the floodlight.
Moreover, it is packed with other features such as a non-slip grip, engineered polymer housing, impact/chemical resistance, and a built-in pocket/belt clip for functionality and ease of use.
Intrinsically Safe and is designed specifically to work on fire helmets and hard hats that have a flip-up face shield. The unique low-profile shape allows the user to work without having to remove the headlamp when raising or lowering their face shield. The XPP-5460GX is manufactured from glass-filled nylon polymer and features a multi-position tilt head design. Both the spotlight and the floodlight use LEDs and an advanced (TIR) Total Internal Reflection lens designed to optimize lumen output and beam pattern. Front-mounted dual switches provide easy access to the spotlight for distance illumination, the floodlight for close-up illumination, and Dual-Light for maximum lighting, versatility, and user safety. The XPP-5460GX meets the requirements of NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013), includes a heavy-duty rubber head strap for use on a fire helmet or hard-hat, and is powered by 3 AAA batteries
