The O-rings in each joint of this explosion-proof lamp allow it to be used in dusty environments. Flameproof illumination chambers and safety junctions are connected by junction bases in this device. Terminals marked EXe llC Gb, ATEX/IECEx approved, are mounted in the illuminant chamber, which includes an integrated illuminant (power supply and light support). This means that aluminum alloy 6063, which is used for the main enclosure, side covers, and top hat, has no more than 7.5 percent magnesium and titanium. Vycor glass with a thickness of 4.0 mm is used to make the transparent cover. PU521 polyurethane glue is used to affix the main enclosure and the clear cover.

Type A light On the side of each chamber, there is a cable entrance secured by stopping plugs with protection level no lower than Ex e llC Db/Ex Ttb lllC Db product or rubber sealing cable entry.

Type B light, Protected by stopping plugs with protection level Ex llC Db, one cable entry on the side of each Ex e chamber may be found. Another cable entrance is provided for an explosion-proof junction box or emergency power supply on the top left side (illuminate replacing side) of this device.
