Intrinsically Safe Air Conditioner Kooltronic HL56LV is Class 1 Division 1 and Class 1 Division 2 certified to use in hazardous areas. With NEMA 4/4x ratings. Rated at 12,000 BTU/HR and operable at 480 VAC/3/60HZ. It features closed-loop cooling, compressor short cycling protector, programmable thermostat, programmable temperature alarm, stainless steel shell, interior and exterior purge connections, internal corrosion protection, both evaporator, and condenser coils are epoxy coated and designed to withstand shock and vibration.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued HL56LV a patent (U.S. Patent No. 9,157,670 B2). A significant step forward in terms of both safety and dependability has been achieved by enclosing all electrical components in a pressurized chamber. Use of the electrical enclosure's existing purge system and the use of general-purpose components reduces both upfront and maintenance expenses.
The HL56LV can produce up to 12,000 BTU/H in single and three-phase electricity. Programmable thermostat and compressor short cycling guard are among the typical features. Compared to typical hazardous sites, these units are more affordable and easier to maintain. These corrosive- and hazardous-gas-resistant stainless steel components are ideal for a variety of industrial applications.
