The camera only version of the Smart Ex has Surelock software that restricts access to other phone features. This allows the user to access only the camera and does not allow them to utilize the other apps. Surelock has an additional cost. If you wish to purchased the Smart Ex phone and wanted to install Surelock, you will have to pay for the software.
