

There are flammable (Catalytic pellistor and NDIR) and hazardous (oxygen and NDIR) gas detection options available with the SI 100 R. There are more than 30 sensor choices to choose from.
Explosion-proof to ATEX standards, the gadget includes an onboard local display for monitoring gas levels and making final configurations without having to open the enclosure. The SI-100 R has integrated alarm and fault relays in addition to a typical 4-20mA output signal.

The SENKO SI-100 Intrinsically Safe Fixed Gas Detector holds ATEX Zone 1 certification and finds application in hazardous environments housing potentially flammable gas atmospheres. Approved by IECEx and KCS, this detector serves as a constant sentinel for perilous gases like toxic radon and carbon monoxide. Offering permanence in gas detection, the SENKO SI-100 not only showcases gas concentrations but also presents diagnostic results on its LCD display. It establishes communication with the controller through either a traditional 4-20 mA analog output or an RS-485 digital connection.
Comprised of top and bottom case assemblies along with a sensor component assembly, the SENKO SI-100 features an enclosure constructed using threaded and glued connections. The ADC12 AL material composition ensures robustness. Noteworthy attributes include a voltage range spanning 9 to 34 VDC (with a maximum consumption of 130 mA at 12 V), an ambient temperature tolerance of -20 to +55 °C, and a maximum power consumption of 1.6 W. Designed for wall mounting, it boasts a construction combining aluminum and stainless steel (STS304) and holds an IP65 rating, signifying resilience against environmental elements.
