An innovative fixed gas detector, the Falco TAC diffused, has the ability to detect Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in hazardous locations without false readings. An excellent VOC detector is the Falco TAC diffused, fixed gas detector, which can be used in locations such as refineries and petrol chemical plants.

Product Overview

Falco TAC fixed gas detectors include an Intrinsically Safe sensor mounted outside for quick and easy service without the need for a hot work permit. Your fixed gas detector can be serviced and calibrated in a hazardous environment without the need to shut down the power supply.

With a 10.6 eV light, the Falco can detect a wide spectrum of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in both Pumped and Diffused variants. It is possible to set the fixed gas detector to one of four different detection ranges: zero to 10 parts per million, zero to 50 parts per million, one part per million to one thousand parts per million, or three parts per million.

Total Aromatic Compounds (TACs) are detected using a 10.0 EV light in the Falco TAC Pumped TAC and Diffused TAC models. An option for the Falco TAC is one that detects at concentrations between 0 and 50 parts per million (ppm).
