Product Description

80 Watt LED Linear NICOR XPL1A080U50GR Intrinsically Safe Light Proteus is certified for use in hazardous areas classified as Class 1 Division 1 and Class 1 Division 2. It complies with the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Part 15, Subpart B, Class A regulations for conducted and radiated emissions. It is constructed from high-quality die-cast aluminum and finished with a polyester powder coat. Additionally, this strong light produces 9160 Lumens and has a color temperature of 5000K. Additionally, it is meant to survive more than 50,000 hours and operate between -40°F and 140°F. The product is covered by a five-year warranty.

Product Overview

LED Linear Light that Is Intrinsically Safe NICOR - XPL1A080U50GR Proteus is intended for use in environments prone to dampness, filth, corrosion, and vibration. Proteus fixtures are available in Class 1 Division 1 in 40W with a two-foot length or 80W with a four-foot length for use in situations deemed hazardous by the presence of combustible vapors or gases as specified by the NEC. The Proteus Series is perfect for retrofitting existing HPS/MH & FL systems since it provides increased efficacy, cheaper maintenance costs, and shorter payback periods.

Hands-down to this amazing LED linear. The entire make and design of this product is top-notch. The die-cast copper-free aluminum housing is very solid, it doesn't break apart so easily. Note: this liner can withstand temperature as low as -40°C up to 60°C so whether you are in the freezing cold or inside a high-temperature room, you know this thing won't disappoint you.
