The Intrinsically Safe Transient Pressure Data Logger is certified for usage in hazardous situations classified as Class I Division I. The PRTrans1000IS is a pressure recorder that will assist you in resolving your issues. This is a transient pressure data logger with a quick-connect 14 in. NPT fitting. This gadget is available in a variety of variants ranging from 30 to 5000 pounds per square inch. It contains a continuous sampling rate of 100 Hz, the ability to record up to 255 events, the ability to pre-trigger up to 32 samples, and a stainless steel enclosure.
| Hazardous Area Rating | Class 1 Division 1 |
The PRTrans1000IS is a robust pressure data logger that enables users to continuously monitor and record transient pressure events. The logger samples at a rate of up to 100 Hz (10 ms), but captures data only when user-defined pressure thresholds are exceeded. The device can be configured to initiate the trigger on either high or low thresholds and to terminate it after a certain number of samples or when the signal reaches the specified stop threshold. The device is capable of logging up to 255 occurrences and collecting up to 262,143 pressure samples. Additionally, the data logger keeps track of up to 32 samples of "pre-trigger" data.
The PRTrans1000IS is inherently safe for Class I Division 1, Groups A, B, C, and D and is non-incendive for Class I Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D. This certification qualifies the gadget for operation in harsh environments. The PRTrans1000IS is a battery-powered gadget with a standard 14-inch NPT connection for a simple connection to your pressure systems. Even if the user-replaceable battery is exhausted, the non-volatile memory will keep recorded data.
MadgeTech software is a robust analytic tool that is accessible for free download from their website at www.madgetech.com. The data can be examined graphically or tabulated, and summary and statistics views are provided for additional analysis.
