    What Will I Actually Be Doing?

    1. Provide WOW Customer service with our current customers via the phone, live chat and email about our safety products and equipment.
    2. Work closely with our sales and partner team to collaborate and grow by offering the latest products.
    3. Help keep our e-commerce store and marketing material updated to educate our customers on our latest products from our manufacturers. Everything you do is to help keep our customers safe and their operations running smoothly
    4. Continuously improve yourself with training, and help improve our service process and tools to make your job easier, more fun and serve our clients better

    Our Requirements

    We are looking for people that would be EXCITED and have had experience doing the following:

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and implement a range of growth, lead and demand generation initiatives with a strong focus on data analysis and systemic A/B testing
    • Develop and manage a roadmap of growth marketing experiments, establish initiative standard operating procedures to execute against and manage a team to follow.
    • Establish, lead and collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates and vendors (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
    • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. PPC, SEO, PR, partner, etc) and conversion rate optimization
    • Partner with the Product Team to define user onboarding journeys, and increase acquisition, retention and referrals across all funnel stages
    • Drive SEO and Content strategy, working alongside writing team, to improve organic search traffic
    • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
    • Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
    • Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes with respect to B2B and B2C marketing strategies
    • Enjoy learning about health, performance and longevity and teaching others about it.

     

    Required Skills and Experiences:

     

    • 5–7 years of marketing work experience with a background in lead generation, demand generation, customer acquisition and retention using creative and data driven approaches
    • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing and scaling tech companies, ideally with experience in an early successful startup
    • A deep understanding of growth funnels and how to optimize at each stage with experience systematic A/B testing, CAC:LTV, ROAS, MQL, forecasting, google analytics, etc. 
    • 5 years experience in lead and demand generation. Including inbound and outbound marketing initiatives e.g. content marketing, SEO, Email, Paid, PR, etc. Proven marketing work experience – You must show links to your previous work.
    • Basic coding experience, in order to prioritize needs with product team and understand the lift of various initiatives (you won’t be coding, but should be comfortable making quick edits to landing pages through CMS platforms)
    • Professional writing skills are essential. You must be able to consistently match our brand’s voice and deliver professional and engaging copy writing. 
    • Very high attention to detail to uphold writing and design against our brand standards. 
    • Thrives in a high-growth startup, managing a team, working cross functionally, and wearing multiple hats, is adaptable, versatile, and detail-oriented
    • Serve as a true marketing subject matter expert
    • You have a heart for meaningful impact and believe you can make a difference
