The APG MNU IS Modbus Ultrasonic Level Sensor features a durable design and low power consumption. It is approved for use in ATEX Zone 0 and Class I Division 1 hazardous location. Approved by IECEx. The MNU IS ultrasonic sensors are tough equipment that has an Intrinsically Safe rating for installation in hazardous areas. They include APG’s patented QuickMode technology for energy-efficient, on-demand measurements, as well as optional GDT surge protection. All MNU IS sensors are fully programmable via RS-485 Modbus connections, as well as through the use of APG Modbus software and an RS485-to-USB converter.
