As a portable VOC detector using photoionization detection (PID) technology, Cub keeps you safe in the workplace by quickly and accurately detecting volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Wearing it is a pleasure because it is both durable and inconspicuous. Cub offers the greatest dynamic range on the market, measuring over 480 selected chemicals from 1 ppb to 5000 ppm.

The instrument’s auditory, vibrating, and flashing LED alerts will notify you when worker exposure exceeds pre-set limits. The choice between hours and minutes for automated logging is shown in ppb and ppm on its bright, backlit LCD display.

Cub personal PID detector

For speed, precision, and humidity-resistant functioning, Cub’s unique photoionization detection (PID) sensor technology has been independently certified as the best. In the most difficult circumstances, its revolutionary Fence Electrode Technology and unique anti-contamination features allow it to operate for longer periods of time while still producing accurate readings you can trust.

Cub has three separate modes: ppm, ppb, and TAC. Depending on your desired level of sensitivity, go with a ppb or ppm equipment equipped with a 10.6 eV light to properly detect a wide spectrum of VOCs. Accurate detection down to ppb levels is provided using Cub TAC with a 10.0 eV light.

Upgradeable ppb sensitivity can be purchased quickly and easily. CubDoc docking stations are available for USB communication, charging, and calibrating your instrument, dependent on your requirements.
