XTR-100 Dew Point Sensor

The XTR-100 Dew Point Sensor from Process Insights is a high-precision, industrial-grade sensor designed for continuous dew point measurement in compressed air and gas systems. Engineered for harsh environments, this sensor is ideal for oil & gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing applications where moisture monitoring is critical to safety and efficiency.

Offering a wide measurement range of -100°C to 20°C dew point, the XTR-100 is available with either a standard 500 PSI or high-pressure 5000 PSI fitting. Its polished, encapsulated sintered stainless steel filter ensures durability and sensor protection. The sensor integrates seamlessly with COSA XDT series transmitters and supports reliable data transmission for real-time monitoring in hazardous or controlled areas.

UL approved for use in Hazardous Locations Class I Division 1 Groups B, C & D; Class II Groups E, F & G. Provides Intrinsically Safe output for use in Hazardous Locations Class I Division 1 Groups A, B, C & D; Class II Groups E, F & G.

Advanced Mechanical Sensor Design: The HTF sensors have been engineered to withstand tough industrial conditions. The sensor element is encapsulated in a 100-micron stainless steel sintered filter, mounted into a threaded stainless steel sensor fitting. This design supports pressures up to 340 bar (5000 PSI) and allows the fitting to be reused during sensor element replacements. Dual mounting threads accommodate various sample cells, and the sensor cable connects via a secure BNC connector.
